Black Magic 2 (1976)

In the ominous shadow of inexplicable and grotesque medical anomalies, three indefatigable doctors find themselves thrust into an escalating nightmare. Patients begin to display chilling symptoms that defy logic and medical science - bodies spontaneously combust, worms crawl from mouths, and women inexplicably vanish, leaving only a chilling sense of dread behind.
