Plot
In the politically turbulent year of 1931, Fernando, a young Spanish soldier, finds himself deserting the army. His flight from military life leads him to the tranquil heart of a rural Spanish village where he is unexpectedly detained by a group of local law enforcers. His life takes an unexpected turn when he is released and befriends Manolo, a solitary old man with a fondness for life's simpler joys.
Manolo's humble farmstead becomes a haven for Fernando, his progressive ideologies aligning with the old man's, forging an unlikely bond in the shadow of civil unrest. As the seasons change, so does the dynamic of the farm when Manolo's four beautiful daughters – Rocio, Violeta, Clara, and Luz – descend upon their father's abode.
Drawn to their individual charms, Fernando finds himself ensnared in a captivating web of affection, infatuated with each of the daughters in turn. The once peaceful farmstead turns into a romantic battleground, with Fernando wrestling with his heart's desire and the daughters reciprocating his affections with equal intensity.
