Plot
A gang of kids mug Samantha as she walks through a rough inner-city neighborhood in London. Samantha escapes from them when something falls out of the sky. The kids investigate and quickly realize that an alien invasion is underway. In the chaos that follows, Sam finds herself back in the company of the muggers again, and with other residents of their neighborhood, they form an unlikely ragtag band that fights back against the aliens.
