Plot

A master of the printing press, John Hodges, finds himself unexpectedly thrust into the throes of retirement at the age of 65 by his employer, Acme Printing. His life at home is less than ideal, his family barely tolerating his constant presence, and the traditional pastimes of the elderly hold no allure for him. In a daring act of defiance and cunning, Hodges transforms himself into Harold Cleveland, the elusive president of Acme's parent company. His audacious plan? To subtly alter the company's retirement policy from within. However, the world of corporate impersonation proves to be a precarious balancing act. Hodges, now astride this dangerous beast of deception, discovers that dismounting may not be as easy as he had anticipated. His former boss, Acme president McKinley, is a bundle of nerves at the supposed arrival of the company's top brass. His stunning secretary Harriet can barely manage to soothe his anxieties. The plot thickens as McKinley's glamorous wife, Lucille, finds herself irresistibly drawn to the charming 'Harold Cleveland', further complicating Hodges' already intricate ruse. In "As Young as You Feel", old age meets youthful audacity, as a daring charade spins an intricate web of deception, romance, and corporate politics. Will Hodges be able to maintain his masquerade, or will he fall victim to his own elaborate scheme?
