Plot

Art House, a vibrant communal dwelling steeped in history, has long served as a sanctuary for budding artists, providing them with free living quarters, a nurturing environment, and an atmosphere teeming with creativity. The house is adorned with a colorful mosaic of art, folklore, and remnants of wild celebrations, gaining a notorious reputation along the way. However, its existence is threatened when a high-ranking university dean, aided by a powerful descendant of the original patron, conspires to transform this artistic haven into a residence for the varsity golf team. The fate of Art House rests on the shoulders of its eclectic tenants, who must demonstrate their artistic prowess and relevance to thwart this impending takeover. The spirited art student, Nora Ohr (Greta Gerwig), takes the lead. Nora, an effervescent force of compassion and energy, is not without her flaws. The question remains: Can she rally the Art House residents to unify, channel their creative energies, and establish themselves as a vital artistic community before they are displaced from their cherished abode?
