Plot

By the year 2035, Paris has transformed into a dystopian nightmare, a city gasping under the crushing weight of mass unemployment, privatised services, and sporadic violent demonstrations. As the public services crumble, the state attempts to quell the brewing rebellion with a brutal new form of entertainment. Broadcasted on colossal screens that dominate the cityscape, graphically violent fights, fuelled by legal doping and a disregard for morality, captivate the nation. In the heart of this decaying society, we find Ares, a battle-hardened veteran who now serves the very system he once fought against. He finds himself trapped in a vicious cycle of brutality, both as a warrior in the inhumane fights that serve as the state's twisted pacifier and as an enforcer for the police. However, when his sister falls foul of the law, Ares finds himself driven to fight even harder. Caught between his duty to the law and his loyalty to his family, he must traverse the treacherous labyrinth of this dystopian world where resignation and rebellion coexist. In a society teetering on the brink of collapse, Ares becomes a symbol of survival and resistance in a world order that has forgotten the meaning of both. This is Paris in 2035, a city of despair and violence, where only the strongest survive. Will Ares rise or fall? In this world of brutal uncertainty, nothing is guaranteed.
