In a quest to sever ties with the past, Murali (Vinay) and his wife Madhavi (Andrea) journey from Mumbai's urban sprawl to their bucolic ancestral village. Their mission is to sell the majestic family mansion, a relic that echoes with the whispers of generations past. A motley crew of relations with vested interests in the property, including the charismatic Raai Laxmi, the earnest Nithin Sathya, the comical duo of Kovai Sarala & Manobala, join them in this venture. However, their arrival stirs not only dust but also the unseen entities residing in the palace's shadowed corners. As the mansion's walls begin to breathe with supernatural elements, the household plunges into a chilling vortex of fear. Servants start vanishing without a trace, and Madhavi is haunted by spectral apparitions visible only to her. The mystery uncoils further when Ravi (Sundar C), Madhavi's vigilant brother, uncovers a chilling narrative involving a ferocious female spirit named Selvi (Hansika). Selvi, a young orphan once nurtured by the village priest, was tragically murdered following a blossoming romance with Murali. Now, her restless spirit seeks retribution, possessing Madhavi in an eerie dance of possession and desperation. As the mansion's dark history unfurls, Ravi races against the clock to free Murali from Selvi's spectral grip and salvage his sister's grip on reality. The family's ancestral palace, once intended to be sold, now becomes the battleground for a struggle between the living and the dead, love and revenge, and a haunting past that refuses to be forgotten.
