Anth (1994)

In the throbbing heart of a city, a quiet storm brews in the form of Principal Satyaprakash, a respectable middle-class man burdened with the responsibility of managing a bustling co-ed college. His world is rocked by the nefarious Kali, a local menace and son of the notorious gangster, Dhabla. Kali's reign of terror extends to the college campus, transforming it into a playground for his heinous acts, leaving the principal feeling powerless in the face of such unchecked brutality. The plot thickens when Pooja, the principal's beloved daughter, falls prey to Kali's vile actions. Smitten with a virtuous young man named Raja, Pooja's life devolves into a nightmare when Kali and his pack of miscreants sexually assault her, culminating in her tragic death from the rooftop of an unfinished edifice.
