Plot

In the vibrant, pulsating heart of Paris, André Moussah, a twenty-eight-year-old small-time ex-convict, finds himself ensnared in the unforgiving claws of the city's underworld. The city's formidable crime bosses breathe down his neck, demanding repayment of a debt by midnight, a demand that sets a ticking clock against his life. Despite his attempts to carve out a legitimate lifestyle with an Argentinean olive oil business, success eludes him, and the loans remain unpaid. Desperate for protection, André seeks refuge in the American Consulate and the French police, only to hit insurmountable walls of indifference. Cornered and despairing, he finds himself on a bridge over the Seine, grappling with the grim decision to surrender his life to the river's icy grip. As he teeters on the edge, his gaze locks onto a tall, mesmerizing woman, perched and ready to plunge from the same bridge. In a sudden surge of desperate resolve, he dives into the water, pulling her back from the abyss. The woman introduces herself as Angel-A, an ethereal beauty with a mysterious aura. Together, they navigate the labyrinthine streets of Paris, winding through a nightspot, embarking on a cruise on the Seine, and miraculously repaying André's creditors. As day melts into night and back into day, André discovers that Angel-A is more than she appears. She is a fallen angel, sent from the heavens to help him rediscover his self-esteem, to remind him of the goodness that lies within him. Bound by their unique journey, André finds himself irresistibly drawn to this celestial beauty, his heart entwining with hers. But as their time together nears its end, André must grapple with the reality that Angel-A's mission will soon be complete, and her heavenly wings await.
