Amnesia (1997)

A hypocritical pastor, Paul Keller, is having an affair with the local school teacher. Before the two that are engaged in an affair have time to run away together, Paul hits his head and loses his ability to know his identity. After a run-in with a motel employee, he becomes her prisoner, leaving his wife to pick up the pieces.
