In the sun-drenched landscapes of Goa, resides Veer Kapoor, a struggling musician whose life is a symphony of chaos. Veer's existence is kept afloat by his affluent NRI step-brother, Dharam, who showers him with a generous monthly allowance, blissfully unaware that Veer's supposed wife Vidya is nothing more than a clever ruse. Veer's life is further complicated by his best friend, Prem Chopra, a husband to Jhanvi and the co-owner of a crumbling family gym. Prem's passion for modifying cars and Veer's desperate attempts to keep his band funded form a vibrant backdrop to their troubled lives. Their financial woes take a perilous turn when they borrow money from Tobu, a notorious local goon, for an ill-fated car race. Losing spectacularly, the duo find themselves in a daunting debt, with a week to double their repayment. In a desperate bid to raise funds, they rent out their palatial bungalow to the eccentric lottery winner, Raghuvandas Goverdhandas Vakawale, hoping to sail out of their financial storm. But life has a way of orchestrating its own symphony of absurdity.
