Marisa Ventura, a single mom from New York City, works as a maid in an upper-crust New York hotel. As fate and luck would have it, she meets Christopher Marshall, an heir to a prominent political family, who thinks she is staying at the hotel. When her identity is revealed, they realize that they live worlds apart from each other, even if it is just a subway ride. Can they make it work and stay friends - or more?
