In the heart of a bustling new neighbourhood, Jhoomri and her husband, Bhimsha, find themselves living among three perpetually bickering couples. These include Vijay and Anjali, newlyweds who are still navigating the waters of matrimony; Appu Khote and Vimla, a seasoned married couple with four children; and Ravi and Meena, a married pair with a single child. As the cost of living continues to soar, wages stagnate, and even the rent becomes an insurmountable hurdle, these financially strained households find themselves teetering on the brink of crisis. In a bold move to bolster their dwindling finances, the women of the households decide to step out of their homes and into the workforce.
