Courtney Evans, a dedicated associate at the elite Chicago-based concierge service, Belle La Vie, orchestrates the whimsical desires of her affluent clientele. Her job, which once promised a life of global exploration, has become a symphony of telephone calls and computer screens, with her travel dreams often sidelined by her clients' extravagant demands. When a colleague's abrupt departure thrusts a file into her hands, Courtney finds herself accompanying a new client, Joe Franklin, on a week-long snowboarding adventure in the picturesque landscapes of Banff. Joe, a seemingly ordinary man from a rising software company, is thrust into a world of luxury by his wealthy friend's generous gift - a grand vacation complete with private jets, heli-skiing, and Courtney's expert assistance. With scant information and mounting pressure, Courtney must anticipate Joe's desires based on her past experiences with similar clients. Yet, she soon discovers that Joe is unlike anyone she's ever served. His excitement mirrors a child's first visit to a candy store, his tastes are simple and unpretentious, and he frequently invites her to join him on his outings. As the snowflakes of Banff fall around them, they weave a deep friendship, with Courtney drawn to Joe's down-to-earth nature. However, as Joe begins to fall for Courtney, he is confronted with two significant hurdles - the company's strict policy against dating clients and his own deception regarding the nature of the vacation. As this luxuriously unexpected journey unfolds, it threatens to either lead Joe to the love of his life or shatter the bond they've built.
