Plot

In the sweltering heat of July 1976, a routine Air France flight becomes a chilling tableau of terror. Departing from Tel-Aviv, with a brief layover in Athens, before its final destination of Paris, the flight is violently commandeered mid-air. Four audacious hijackers, with cold determination, divert the plane to the dusty tarmac of Entebbe, Uganda, thrusting the unsuspecting passengers into a terrifying ordeal. The hijackers, a motley crew of Palestinian terrorists and anarchists, ruthlessly segregate the Jewish passengers. They are held captive, their lives teetering on the edge, pawns in a high-stakes political gambit. The audacious demand? The release of their brethren, languishing in prisons scattered across Israel, Germany, and Sweden. As the world watches with bated breath, the Israeli government is plunged into a crucible of conflict and debate. The decision is fraught with risk, but ultimately, the choice is clear - they must act. An elite commando unit from the Israeli Defense Force is mobilized, their mission a daring rescue operation beneath the African sky. "7 Days in Entebbe" is a riveting portrayal of this real-life drama, unfolding over a week that seemed to stretch into eternity. It's a gripping tale of courage, resilience, and the indomitable human spirit, set against the backdrop of international intrigue and a desperate race against time. As the commandos infiltrate the airfield, every heartbeat is fraught with tension; every moment a testament to bravery in the face of overwhelming odds.
