127 Hours (2010)

Aron Ralston loves climbing and the outdoors, and he feels invincible, which is why he doesn't tell anyone where he's going one day. After spending some time with other hikers, he heads off on his own to explore a slot canyon. He falls, and a boulder traps his hand against a wall. Over the next few days, he records his thoughts on a video camera, and as various efforts to free himself fail, he realizes he will have to do the unthinkable if he is going to survive.
