The riveting true story of an elite 12-man Green Beret Special Forces team that were the first to be deployed to Afghanistan following the Taliban-led 911 attacks on New York's World Trade Center. The team was charged with finding Northern Alliance groups in Afghanistan that were hostile to the Taliban. Family man and Green Berets Captain Mitch Nelson is plucked from his domestic life with wife and daughter to parachute into dangerous enemy territory. Captain Nelson makes a deal with an Afghan warlord to take the fight to the Taliban. His pivotal mission will shape the history of the war.
