Plot
When the polar caps melt, the Earth is flooded with water. Small pockets of human manage to survive by building floating cities and traveling the seas, searching for dry land. Resources, especially fresh water, are rare, and life is hard. One man, The Mariner, searches for a place to belong, but his freakish appearance brands him a mutant and leads to a deadly hunt, spearheaded by The Smokers, who want to kill The Mariner.
