Z Nation (2014)

Alvin Murphy receives an experimental vaccine against a zombie virus. The procedure is performed against his will, but he survives multiple zombie bites. After surviving the ordeal, a group of survivors agree to transport him from New York to California. They believe Murphy's blood holds antibodies against the zombie virus. The group departs from New York and immediately runs into trouble. They soon discover they face threats from both zombies and humans alike. Plus, Murphy holds another secret about his condition the others don't know about. The uneasy traveling partners run into new challenges and sticky situations around every corner.
