Plot
Jack Morton is a normal college student with a dangerous past: He lives with his grandfather after his mother died in a mysterious death. Jack begins college and is drawn in with a variety of magical societies, including the Hermetic Order of the Blue Rose, which he believes is responsible for his mother's death. Jack seeks to take down the society from the inside but quickly learns that all is not what it seems. The show also follows Jack as he builds new friendships, joins other magical societies, and falls in love with a member of the Blue Rose.
