In this American drama, that was appropriately set entirely in Mexico, Altagracia has been pushed over for quite too long. She’s been beaten down and hurt by protected men, just like the rest of the multitude of Mexican women, unable to get justice for themselves and their suffering. Altagracia is ready to turn it all around with her alter ego “La Doña”, ready to get the ultimate revenge.
