The Lost Room (2006)

The evidence around the murder case that Detective Joe Miller is investigating is weird enough, but things shift dramatically when he discovers that a key found as evidence opens up a doorway to a place outside of space and time. No matter what door he sticks the key into, Miller will always be brought to a mysterious hotel room. But when Miller's daughter goes missing into these alternate dimensions, he'll need to descend into the multiverse to save her. But it turns out that he and his daughter are each just pieces in a complex game of chess that crosses dimensions.
