Plot

In the heart of the sky, where dreams are born and tested, resides the story of Han Da Jin, a prodigious pilot shaped by tragedy and triumph. After the devastating loss of both her parents, shortly after her graduation from a top-tier US pilot school, Da Jin's spirit is grounded, her faith in flying shattered. Yet, in the ashes of despair, she discovers a beacon of hope - the desire to honor her late father's legacy. Parallel to Da Jin's turbulent journey is the story of Kim Yoon Sung, a man once under her father's tutelage. Yoon Sung, too, is haunted by the specter of regret, having inadvertently caused the death of Da Jin's mother during a transcontinental flight from Korea to San Francisco. The tragedy disorients Yoon Sung's career, leading him to question his own faith in flying. Yet, the call of the skies proves irresistible, and he ascends to the role of a successful captain. Fate, in her mysterious ways, tangles the paths of Da Jin and Yoon Sung, bringing them together as captain and co-pilot. As Yoon Sung takes it upon himself to guide Da Jin, teaching her flying from scratch, her ascension to a successful captain is far from certain. Adding turbulence to her journey is Kang Dong Soo, a flight tower manager, who challenges Da Jin, unveiling her unrefined side. "Take Care of Us, Captain" is a soaring saga of resilience and redemption, a testament to the human spirit's ability to rise above tragedy, and a compelling exploration of the intricate dynamics of the cockpit and the skies.
