The supremely prestigious student council of Hekiyou Gakuen is not just any council; its members are selected through a popularity contest, making it an assemblage of the school's most charming girls. Yet, amongst this bouquet of beauty is the lone thorn, Ken Sugisaki. Despite not being the brightest crayon in the box, Ken achieved the highest score in his year, earning him an automatic seat amidst the council's captivating cuties. His admission wasn't a cakewalk, it was a testament to his determination to be part of this exclusive group. This coveted council, however, is not quite as industrious as it appears. Ken, infatuated by his stunning peers, devotes his time to transforming the council into his personal harem, a pursuit often met with amusing dismissal. Meanwhile, the girls remain blissfully preoccupied with their own endeavours; from orchestrating spectacular festivals to fabricating plans to escalate their popularity. All the while, they're inadvertently driving Ken to the brink of insanity, in the most delightfully maddening way.
