Plot
A sophisticated and clever sitcom that shows how things work behind the scenes in City Hall, Spin City centers on Mike Flaherty, the Deputy Mayer of New York City and a workaholic. Along with his strange staff, Mike handles the city with strategy and expertise. Although he and his staff are extremely professionally capable, they all struggle with personal challenges that they must face throughout the show.
