Shameless (2004)

In lieu of parents capable of raising a family, eldest sibling Fiona has been burdened with the task of raising her chaotic brood of siblings. As a poor family in Boston, every day is a struggle to barely scrape by — and Fiona has always had to put off her own happiness for the sake of keeping everything in order. And she's just as often babysitting drunken family patriarch Frank as she is overlooking the lives of her younger siblings. Fiona will need to find some way to balance the responsibilities of her family with pursuing her own personal needs.
