Royal Pains (2009)

Hank Lawson is a genius diagnostic surgeon who has essentially been medically blackballed thanks to a death that he didn't cause. Hank's brother Evan understands his brother's prodigious talents for diagnosing any issue and resolving it in the most effective way. Hank becomes a doctor in the Hamptons, performing in-call service to the richest and most privileged of patients. It's a job he takes on with no small amount of reservation, but he also finds an opportunity for redemption. Local hospital administrator Jill Casey can provide him with chances to help the less fortunate, and he's eager to take on the responsibility.
