Plot
Molly and Issa have been best friends since they attended Stanford together, but their personalities couldn't be more different. Earnest and community-focused Issa is working for a non-profit focused on students of color, while Molly has found success as a corporate attorney but struggles to maintain a relationship for any length of time. But no matter what happens, they can always count on each other to provide a fresh prospective that comes from a place of caring. They'll have to navigate their professional and romantic opportunities while also dealing with the additional challenges that come from being black women in America.
