Insatiable (2018)

Bullying has made overweight teenager Patty Bladell's life misery, but a violent and unfortunate series of events ends up with Patty in the hospital and relegated to a liquid diet for the summer. When she returns to school thin, it's with the intention of getting revenge on her fellow students who bullied her all this time. She finds common cause in Bob Armstrong — a former lawyer who is now a passionate beauty pageant coach. He sees in her the potential for a new beauty queen, but Patty is only interested in getting her due vengeance — at least at first.
