This post-apocalyptic series examines what life would be like not in the midst of a zombie pandemic but in the time after rebuilding. Mobilization on the part of uninfected humans has allowed society to return to something approaching normalcy, but that doesn't mean that nothing has changed. A cure has been found for the zombie virus, and subjects are rounded up in droves to have their consciousness return. But integrating back into normal life isn't easy. They need cosmetic care to pass as normal humans and face discrimination in their communities. But some worry that they're destined to revert back to their feral state.
