Plot
The world may look much like ours, but there's one major difference. Life-like humans known as Synths are the most popular product on the market, and it's easy to see why. They're designed as servants and are treated like property, but they look functionally identical to humans. Of course, not all synths are happy to be treated like chattel. While some synths struggle with their new existence, others have bucked against the system to create new lives for themselves. But the integration of this new life form into our society also has the chance to change things on an existential level.
