Hart of Dixie (2011)

Zoe Hart has just graduated medical school — and while her academic work was exceptional, she had some trouble connecting with her patients. It's a deficiency that causes her to miss out on her preferred fellowships, but it also encourages her to follow through on an unconventional offer to join a medical practice in a small Alabama town. But when Zoe arrives, she discovers that the doctor who extended the personal invitation has died since sending them. But he also bequeathed to her his half of a medical practice in town. She's a brand new doctor in a strange new town with a fierce new rival to contend with.
