Girls (2012)

Four women in their 20s each have different ideas of what their lives should be and how to reach them, but they also each have their own foibles and imperfections that make reaching their goals that much more different. Marnie and Hannah are an art director and a writer and best friends largely because they both have large and dominating personalities. Their narcissism is offset by the cousins Jessa and Shosanna. Jessa is spontaneous and carefree, while Shoshanna is wide-eyed and career-driven. Their personalities may clash sometimes, but they also manage to fill in the blind spots in each other's perspectives.
