Plot
This series is a fantasy about a woman who learns from her grandmother that she has the gift to talk to recently dead people. Her duty is to help break the spirits’ bond with the earth and pass over. She often has to give messages to living people who think she is scamming them and don’t listen. The ghosts are frightening and menacing at first and she has to try to figure out what they need to achieve peace. Will she be able to help the ghosts complete a task or pass a message to a loved one or will her gift finally affect her sanity?
