Fate/Zero (2011)

The pursuit of the Holy Grail is a competition between seven of the world's most powerful magic users, but it's not just a game. The Holy Grail has the power to grant any wish, and that makes it an understandably powerful prize for anyone with the skills to earn it. Each sorcerer has their own reason for pursuing the Grail and for wanting to have it grant them a wish. Kirei Kotomine hopes that the Grail will offer him some way to stop his endless wandering, but his opponents aren't going to let him get his hands on the Grail without a fight.
