Defying Gravity (2009)

This is a science fiction drama about eight astronauts who take a six-year voyage around the solar system. Set in the year 2052, it involves four men and four women from four different countries who are monitored from the earth. Every action and emotion they exhibit is recorded and followed in documentary-style by people on Earth. While the inevitable romantic relationships develop, the crew discovers a mysterious item that is influencing their mission. The crew begins to realize the aim of their mission is not what they thought it was and is somehow related to an alien object found 15 years before.
