Plot

In the riveting world of Babylon, American PR guru Liz Garvey finds herself navigating the labyrinth of London's Metropolitan Police, employed by Chief Constable Richard Miller to polish their tarnished image. Amidst this, Matt Coward, a daring documentary filmmaker, trails the unpredictable Territorial Support Group trio, Davina, Robbie, and Clarkey, as they grapple with a haphazard Kurdish protest demonstration. Robbie, under the scrutiny of Matt's lens, must temper his volatile tendencies. Meanwhile, Officer Warwick mistakenly ensnares an innocent mother, falsely believed to be a drug-addict, in his well-intentioned net. Liz's inaugural speech is abruptly disrupted by chilling reports of a sniper terrorizing the city, and Finn, her disgruntled assistant bitter over a missed promotion, seizes an opportunity to undermine her at a press conference, nearly costing him his job in the process. As the sniper, a resentful divorcee, taunts the city with his Twitter posts, Liz cleverly unearths his hideout. The TSG, ditching Matt, leap into action to corner the sniper, defying Miller's orders. Warwick, with more luck than skill, neutralizes the sniper threat. Victory tastes sweet, but Liz and Miller conspire to shroud the haphazard nature of their success, adding yet another layer of intrigue to the complex tapestry of Babylon.
