Atypical (2017)

Sam is an 18-year old who's not going to let the fact that he's autistic get in the way of living his best life. After his diagnosis, his family formed a tight support network around him. But after getting advice from his therapist, Sam has decided that he's ready to start dating and move away from the shelter of his parents. It's a decision that Sam's family struggles with and one that's complicated by the fact that his autism sometimes makes it difficult to communicate with others. But the biggest obstacle might be the fact that he's in love with his older therapist.
