In the bustling heart of Buenos Aires, young and gifted actress Bianca Aguilar is immersed in a world of theater while shouldering the responsibility of caring for her schizophrenic father, Miguel. Fresh from her role in the Greek tragedy 'Antigona', she finds herself swayed by Krasso, the intriguing assistant of the renowned playwright Alma Böhm, to join 'Insomnes' - a stage play that has been cursed with bad luck since its failed production in 1984.
