In the sun-drenched expanses of California, two thrill-seeking teenagers, Sandy and Greg, along with their adventurous band of friends, set out on what they believe will be a typical camping trip. Their destination? The picturesque, yet ominously silent lake situated on the fringes of a quaint town. Despite eerie warnings from Joe Taylor, the town's eccentric gas station owner, whose fixation on hunting a mysterious alien entity borders on obsession, the teenagers defiantly press on with their plans. As they venture deeper into the wilderness, the unsuspecting group find themselves not only isolated from the comforting fabric of civilization, but also ensnared in a terrifying reality that transcends their wildest imaginations. The once tranquil camping ground morphs into a blood-chilling hunting arena, with an unseen extraterrestrial predator lurking in the shadows.
