Wicked Spring (2002)

In the fiery heart of the Battle of the Wilderness in 1864, six soldiers find themselves torn away from the chaos of war and thrown into the sinister depths of the wild forest. As twilight swallows the battle-scarred landscape, three Union soldiers and three Confederate soldiers wind their separate ways through the deadly wilderness, their paths veiled in uncertainty. Their solitary wanderings bring them to the tranquil banks of a whispering creek, a sanctuary amidst the ravages of war. A chance encounter binds these six souls together, their allegiances concealed in the shadows of the night. Around a crackling campfire, they share stories, laughter and silence, oblivious of the invisible lines of enmity drawn between them.
