Meet James White, a promising attorney from bustling L.A., who is about to step out of his city slicker shoes and into the rustic cowboy boots of Pine Gap. This holiday season, he's journeying alongside his fiancée, Sadie Ryder, to her idyllic rural hometown to meet her family for the first time. After an initial encounter that is less than smooth, James finds himself navigating the choppy waters of winning over Sadie's father, Karl, a man with a deep-rooted disdain for lawyers.
In a desperate bid to gain acceptance, James masquerades as a horse-riding, hay-baling, game-hunting square dancer. Yet, donning faded jeans and a ten-gallon hat doesn't make one a cowboy. As James soon learns, charming Mr. Ryder won't be as easy as a well-spun city tale. It might take more than a convincing performance to earn a seat at this family table... it might take a bona fide miracle.
