In the heart of France, the tranquil woods become a chilling crime scene as the Porter family falls prey to an unspeakable horror. The lone survivor, Claire Porter, recounts the bone-chilling tale of a man of unnatural strength who devoured her husband Henry and son Peter. The reclusive woodsman, Talan Gwynek, finds himself ensnared in the accusations, arrested as the suspected murderer. Enter Kate Moore, a dedicated defense attorney, tasked with proving Talan's innocence.
