Hodaka Morishima has heard rumors about a "sunshine girl" who can control the weather. Her name is Hina Amano. Hina, her brother Nagi, and Hodaka take advantage of Hina's powers and use them to make money in the midst of an unusually rainy season. Hodaka's feelings for Hina, in addition to Hina's supernatural limitations, start to complicate their scheme.
