War on Everyone (2016)

Terry Monroe and Bob Bolano are cops who are so comfortable in their corruption that they try to blackmail practically any criminal they come across. It's a practice that comes back around to bite them when their boss gets tired of their barely concealed antics. They're given one last chance to straighten up before being fired, but they can't resist the opportunity when they learn of a lucrative new heist. They attempt to muscle in on the action, but they soon find that they're dealing with someone who is far more dangerous, influential, and intelligent than they could have realized.
