Plot
Howard Wakefield seemingly has it all. He's a respected Manhattan lawyer with a seemingly perfect family and a beautiful house in the suburbs. But the truth is that he's on the verge of a mental breakdown. Howard retreats to the attic to hide from his family and his life, retreating from his hidden space only to shower and eat when his family is away. But he can't cope with it when his family begins to move on from his retreat. The return of an ex-boyfriend to his wife' life will force Howard to stop hiding and make a choice for himself.
