In the contemporary era, our protagonists are living legends - the iconic Scream Queens who graced the silver screen with their chilling performances in the horror flicks of the 80's and 90's. Life has moved on since their reign of terror, with some continuing to act while others have ventured into diverse realms. Unbeknownst to them, a sinister plot is unfolding in the shadowy basement of an old house, where a fanatical fan, Max, dwells. Immersed in the flickering glow of vintage film reels, Max obsessively relives the heart-stopping scenes from their movies, his fixation morphing into a malevolent scheme. Aided by his mother, he starts to 'collect' these Scream Queens, whisking them away to a makeshift dungeon he's crafted in his basement. The Scream Queens remain oblivious until they find themselves ensnared in a twisted game of nostalgia, forced to recreate scenes from their past horror glory. The ordeal verges on the surreal as Max, with an uncanny memory of every line and gesture, guides them - a stark contrast to the Queens who've long since distanced themselves from those roles. But as they're plunged into this macabre rerun, they realize there's a horrifying twist – they don't recall the terrifying conclusions Max has in store...
