Plot

After waking from a coma, enigmatic artist Ben finds his world shattered by the news of his wife Elisa's untimely death in the same car crash that had stolen him away into unconsciousness. With the tendrils of grief gripping him, he ventures on a journey of regaining lost pieces of his life. He plunges into a project of restoring an old building with a long-time friend, moves his domicile along with his cherished ant farm, and initiates therapeutic sessions with his past psychologist, all in a bid to stitch together the frayed edges of his existence. Simultaneously, a dark shadow hangs over his new beginning. The police are investigating the murder of Lauren Parris, a model who was professionally linked to Elisa. As the puzzle pieces of this mystery come together, Ben finds himself under the piercing gaze of Detective Constable Jackson who views him as a potential suspect. Amidst this churning storm, Charlotte, his strikingly beautiful neighbor and the superintendent of his new building, becomes an unexpected beacon of light. Drawn to his tormented soul, she offers him a chance for solace. But even as life seems to offer a glimmer of hope, Ben starts spiraling down a chilling rabbit hole. Haunted by spectral visions of his deceased wife, the line between reality and hallucination blurs, causing him to question his sanity. As he teeters on the precipice of unraveling, it becomes apparent that all is not as it seems in his world, casting a sinister pall over his supposed recovery.
