Thoroughbreds (2018)

Two girls from an elite boarding school reconnect after having grown apart years before, but their reconciliation could bring them to a crossroads from which they can't return. Lily is at the top of her class and driven to succeed, while Amanda has misanthropic tendencies that have recently created a controversy after she euthanized her horse with a knife. Lily is paid ostensibly to socialize with Amanda, but something sincere seems to genuinely develop. Amanda is largely incapable of feeling emotional, and that lends her a mysterious allure to Lily — and both girls have problems that they could potentially resolve together.

Thoroughbreds is a drama movie featuring Celeste Oliva and directed by Cory Finley.
