Vint, trapped in a disquieting marriage, embarks on a road journey with his wife, only to find himself left for dead and his wife mysteriously vanished. After enduring a coma that spans several months, he stumbles back into the rhythm of life, haunted by the ghost of his missing wife. His young sister-in-law, Mia, steps into the void, providing support as he mends. With the authorities having abandoned their search and unsettling evidence surfacing, Vint and Mia embark on a quest back to the small town that last echoed with his wife's presence. As they descend into a labyrinth of violence and mystery, they may not uncover the chilling reality behind her disappearance.
